Refund Policy

At Bici Chocolate, we pride ourselves on crafting fresh, high-quality chocolate. Because our products are perishable , we cannot accept returns once an order has left our factory. However, your satisfaction is very important to us, and we will always find a solution if any issues arise with your order.

Damaged or incorrect orders

  • If your order arrives damaged, melted, or incorrect , please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Send us an email with your order number , a description of the problem, and a photo if possible.

  • Once verified, we will send you a replacement or a refund for the affected products.

Refunds

  • Refunds are only offered for incorrect, defective, or unopened products.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the error was ours.

  • Refunds are processed to the same original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after approval.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled if requested before shipment . Once an order has been packed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Non-refundable situations

  • We cannot offer a refund or replacement if:

  • The shipping address provided was incorrect.

  • The package was left outside and was damaged by heat or weather after delivery.

  • The customer changed their mind after the product was shipped.
