Once the package is handed over to the carrier, responsibility for delivery passes to the carrier and the customer. Our products are made with high-quality Costa Rican cacao and may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as nuts, dairy, or soy. It is the customer's responsibility to check the ingredients before consumption. Bici Chocolate is not responsible for allergic reactions or problems resulting from improper storage (including heat damage during shipping).
